CBD Citrus Olive Oil Cake
This cake is so easy to make with a few simple ingredients like flour, sugar, eggs and butter. It's infused with CBD MCT oil and citrus zest to bring out a wonderful flavor. When you make this cake at home, you'll love the moist texture and incredible flavor!

Ingredients
2 Cups (250g) All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon (15g) Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon (2.5g) Salt
3 Eggs
1 Cup (125g) Sugar
1 Cup (125g) Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon (15g) Butter
½ Cup (125ml) Milk
3 Tablespoons (45ml) Cognac
2 Teaspoon (10ml) Orange Honey CBD MCT Oil
Zest of 1 Lemon
Zest of 2 Orange
Sauce Juice of 2 Oranges
¼ Cup (35g) Confectioners’ Sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 C).
Grease a 9 inch Loaf Pan with the 1 Tablespoon of Butter.
Mix the dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, Salt) together in a bowl and set aside.
Combine wet ingredients (Olive Oil, Cognac, Milk, MCT Oil) in a separate bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Add wet and dry ingredients in a mixer and slowly add eggs, sugar, and citrus zests.
Mix until the batter is a nice consistency and add to the greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until you can insert a toothpick have it come out clean.
