Will Consuming CBD Make Me Fail A Drug Test?

Oncali CBD does not contain THC above the federal limit of 0.3%, so it should have no effect on a drug test. Please contact your healthcare provider and follow their advice before consuming if you have serious concerns.

Do you need to refrigerate Oncali CBD Gummies?

There is no need to refrigerate these. We recommend that you don’t store Oncali CBD Gummies in direct sunlight or extremely hot environments.

Are these products vegan?

Oncali CBD Gummies contain Gelatin, similar to a standard gummy bear. Please email if you want to see us offer a Vegan alternative in the future!

Do I need to worry about food allergies?

The facility where we manufacture Oncali CBD Gummies does not produce nuts or soy. Please check the individual product labels for additional allergies.

Where is my product?

How do I track my package?

You should receive an email notification with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

Is it legal to order CBD in my state?

We ship to all US states except: Alaska, Idaho, Nebraska, Hawaii, and South Dakota. As these states become CBD-friendly, they may be added to our available destinations.

How do I change my order?

We begin processing your order very quickly after it is received. If we can intercept it before it has been processed, we will modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Send an email with your order number to

We currently only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

You can request a replacement or return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Please send an email with your order number to to request a return or exchange. After a refund is processed, it may take 3-10 business days for the amount to be credited to your payment method.
